Where is the product made?
All our artwork is handmade to order in our studio in the UK where we oversee every stage of production in-house, from initial creation to hand-finishing and framing.
Are your products sustainable?
Sustainability is a big part of who we are. Our textile art is largely made with fabric remnants and offcuts that would otherwise go to waste on the cutting room floor. This means not only can we feature a massive variety of fabrics in our textile art but also that each piece is unique and no two artworks are the same.
What are your lead times?
Our standard lead time for bespoke artwork is 3 weeks from confirmation of order to delivery. We are happy to accommodate rush orders where possible. Please reach out to us and we can help.
How do you package artwork?
All our artwork arrives in our bespoke packaging to minimise any chance of damage occurring during transit. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with receive tracking information, so you can confidently follow your artwork from us to you.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
On the rare occasion your artwork arrives in less than perfect condition, we aim to make the replacement process as stress-free as possible for you. Simply get in touch with us.
Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?
Your artwork arrives with appropriate fixings attached to the frame unless we state otherwise (i.e.if your artwork can be hung portrait or landscape we may supply the fixings. These are easy to apply and gives you the flexibility to hang as you wish).
Do you have any showrooms?
Not at the moment. However if you require any more information on our pieces, get in touch and we may be able to send you fabric samples where available so you can see a little more detail as to what you are purchasing.
Can I have the artwork in a different frame?
Yes. Please get in touch with us and we can help you with a frame in a different finish. All of our frames are floating canvas frames with a small shadow gap and there is more information on our Frames page.
